Being a part of the remake film – Hamsalekha, B Suresh and Prakash Raj are now compensating with a straight subject film ‘Puttakkana High Way’ that is based on the novel of prominent director Nagathihalli Chandrasekhar.

In addition to this Trimurthis – Prakash Raj, B Suresh and Hamsalekha the stupendous actress Shruthi and admirable cameraman HM Ramachandra are also adding up to increase the hype.

‘Puttakkana Medical College’ is the novel of Nagathihalli Chandrasekhar that has been revised dozen times for film pattern by B Suresh. He was hoping to make this film since 2003.

Prakash Raj teamed with Shruthi says there are many sensitive issues that hits back at the modernization are very interesting factors.

Shruthi feels this is challenging because of the subject and she has to perform with another highly talented actor Prakash Raj. Off late good roles are coming to my kitty keeps me happy says Shruthi.

Hamsalekha is scoring music for five songs in which three are written by Yogaraj Bhat. Hamsalekha in fact wanted some others to contribute the songs and show the unity.
